The Positive Intelligence (PQ) /Mental Fitness work will give you a strong framework to support

  • Having good and satisfying relationships.

It pretty much covers the areas of life we human beings care most about.

I’m sharing the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Program as a way to support the “why” of what lights you up. You all have a why for doing what you do, goals you are pursuing, results you want to achieve, things you want to learn, people you want to serve. Those things are really important, and they will be in the mix as you do this program.

But those things are not the “big game”. The big game is the self-actualization that your activities make possible. And with Mental Fitness work, you can predictably operate from your Sage Wisdom brain rather than the part of your brain that veers you off course, your Saboteur.

 

  

Learn to boost your Mental Fitness  (PQ)

  • PQ (your Positive Intelligence Quotient) is the measure of your Mental Fitness. It's the best predictor of how happy you are, how satisfying your relationships are, and how well you perform relative to your potential.
  • And the good news is: you can boost your PQ significantly with practice.
  • PQ is a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science

The program consists of the following:

  • 8 weeks duration (9 meetings)
  • Watch 1-hour weekly video that comes out each Saturday on your own (on weekend or Monday)
  • 45- 60 Minute Weekly Pod Meeting with me to discuss progress, next steps, and questions. 
  • 15 minutes/day of Coach Challenge and PQ practice on the Positive Intelligence app that you do on your own (the app is free to download) This gives you really easy, accessible guided practices in small timeframes (2, 5, and 12 minutes) that add up to strong, positive mental muscle building over the 8 weeks.
  • Read 8 chapters of Positive Intelligence book (PDF provided at no charge)
  • Through the Positive Intelligence app, you will continue to have access to the material for an entire year.

Breakthrough Results:

Within 6-8 weeks of mental fitness training, you should be able to see the results in MRI imaging:

  • Increased grey matter in the PQ Brain region, home to your Sage (positive mental muscles)
  • Decreased grey matter in the Survivor Brain region, home to your Saboteurs (negative mental muscles)

Cost:

The program is normally sold for $1,000, but my affiliation with Positive Intelligence entitles me to charge a minimal amount for the same program.

I am currently charging $250 for the entire 8 weeks. (If you are a fully enrolled student in my Call of the Horse Apprenticeship Program, your tuition is included.) 

Enrollment: 

  • I take 6 people per enrollment session. My next session begins Sept. 6 and ends Oct. 25.
  • Pod sessions from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Mountain Time. 
  • Additional app based weekly video modules and daily practices to do on your own. The app is free with your program with material available free for a year after enrollment.
