Equine Guided Education for Leadership and Life Ann Romberg and Lynn Baskfield work well together as business partners and friends, blending their coaching styles and experience to bring the very best to their clients. They own Wisdom Horse Coaching, LLC, and do programs and workshops together under its auspices. Ann and Lynn are at a time in life when wisdom is at the heart of what they offer. SpiritDance Workshops have a creative flavor, with names such as Self-Care for Busy Women, Business with Soul, and Writing the Wind: Horse Wisdom for Writers. Carrot Coach Leadership Workshops, such as Stepping Through the Gate, serve business leaders who want to find their leadership edge and hone business skills. Whatever the venue, the horses are the star facilitators of powerful learning.

Ann Romberg   Ann is an experienced Professional Co-Active Coach certified through Coaches Training Institute in 2001. She has augmented her many years of equine experience with specialized Equine-Guided Coach training through Rancho Strozzi Institute and EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association).   Her business experience includes consulting with privately held business combined with over 20 years with Fortune 500 companies in IT management and executive positions where she experienced first-hand the challenge of leadership demands, management issues, and the power of strategic planning.   She has integrated her knowledge of business, life, coaching and horses into an asset for both business and personal clients. Lynn Baskfield   Lynn has a Master of Arts in Human Development and is a certified life coach, transformational educator and the author of two books. A lifelong horsewoman, she partners with horses to evoke insights and learning that her clients cannot get anywhere else.  She works with individuals and teams who want to deepen their connection to spirit, express themselves authentically and work effectively with others. A lifestyle entrepreneur all of her adult life, Lynn has a special commitment to those who want to make a living, AND have a life, doing what they love.   Lynn has trained with Coaches Training Institute, The Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA), and the Rancho Strozzi’s Horses and Coaching program. She is a leader in creating standards, training, and guidelines for the developing profession equine-assisted learning nationally.
