Ariana Strozzi, Equine Guided Educator Ariana Strozzi is an pioneer in the field of Equine Guided Education and offers many outstanding California based programs inluding "Leadership and Horses" and "Horses and Coaching".  She is the founder of the Equine Guided Education Association. Equine Guided Education Association The mission of the Equine Guided Education Association (EGEA) is to create a unified discourse involving the interaction of the horse as a respected ‘guide’ in human growth, learning and development. EGEA commits to providing the consistent and reliable standards for competency as a certified Equine Guided Educator on which both professionals and the public can rely. EAGALA The Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) offers training and an annual conference. Its focus has been in the area of Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, but it is currently developing an Equine-Assisted Learning track. Ann Romberg, Carrot Coach Ann is my partner in Equine Guided work and my friend. We enjoy working together daily.
