Equine-Guided Coaching and Education Horses are intuitive beings who can show us in an instant when we are fooling ourselves and when we are on the right track. As herd animals who are tuned in to the slightest inconsistency in their environment, they mirror back to us inconsistent behaviors we may not have been aware of--behaviors that stop us from moving forward in life or from moving deeper into our own authentic spirit. Equine-Guided Education (EGE) and Coaching  uses experiential activities involving horses to create metaphors that reflect real life. The approach is non-directive, allowing for opportunities to problem-solve and be creative. EAC is solution-oriented and acknowledges the power of choice. Most activities are done on the ground, making equine-assisted coaching accessible to people of all experience levels. Who are my Clients? Maybe You! As a lifelong horsewoman, my two loves marry: life coaching and horses. As an equine assisted coach, I work with Lifestyle Entrepreneurs who want to want to make a living--and have a life--doing what they love. Many already have their own business and are operating them successfully. Others are in transition, looking at what's next for them. Some are considering going into business for themselves or taking on a creative endeavor such as writing a book or developing themselves as an artist or performer.  I also work with teams and leaders who want to deepen their connection to spirit, express themselves authentically, and work effectively with others. When working with groups I work with colleague Ann Romberg, Carrot Coach and others.  Our workshops are done in an experiential setting with horses, similar to what you see in the photo to the left. Along with developing and refining leadership presence, team building, and life skills, clients come away with a new experience of their own magnificence. I do most of my Equine Guided work out of Hawk's Ridge Ranch in Hudson, WI,  but can work out of other locations for those of you who live out of the area and would like me or my team to come in and do equine-guided coaching and education work with you.
