Blue Angel is my heart horse, healing horse, and also my partner in working and playing with Spirited Midlife Women.  She’s a spirited midlife Missouri Fox Trotter mare who brings wisdom, heart, healing and fun as you travel the path back home to yourself.

This program is custom designed for you to work with Blue, grooming, leading, being with and creating relationship. It also has elements of coaching, where Blue will be teaching you about how you show up in the world, where you stop and could continue or where you need to stop when you don't. In this program, you wlll come back to what has heart and meaning for you, and learn to say yes to life in new ways.
